Christmas Day

We are spending Christmas Day home. The kids got us up around 8 and of course had to go right down stairs and open presents. They had lots of fun opening everything. Bethany after we were all done now looks under the tree and says all gone and then wants to open more. They boys of course had to have every toy open and out of the package. Tim had that pleasure helping them. I did help some with all those wonderful twisty ties. I hope every one has a very Merry Christmas.

Christmas Eve at Grandma and Grandpa's

We had christmas with Tim's mom and dad and family on Christmas Eve. It was a very nice time. We all had a great dinner and then opened presents the little kids could hardly wait. The guys and older boys played monopoly while the little kids played with all there new stuff.

Black Friday and Christmas Tree

Since somebody (no names)wanted me to post about Black Friday i decided to. I took my camara but did not get very many pic. Erica picked me up at 4:10am and we went to meijer as our first stop and then met Jennifer there. From there it was around 19 store and 2 stops to eat in 15hrs. I got home around 8:30pm. The longest line was waiting to get into menards. We waited outside around 45min for the store to open and let me tell you when they opened the doors it was a pushing shoving yelling mess. The one pic is of the line outside menards. the others are of our van with all the packages when we were all done.

The other Pic are of us going to pick out our Christmas Tree. The boys thought it was a lot of fun cutting down the tree as usually we have a artifical one. we got the tree the Sat. after Thanksgiving. Now the boys want to know when the presents are going under.

Bradley's Surgary

Bradley had surgary yesterday at Lutheran Hospital in Ft. Wayne. He did very good and we got to come home last night so that is always a plus. He is a little sore but is up and playing some. Thanks to all of you for your prayers for him,

McCain

We were able to go see John McCain in Defiance Ohio today. It was a real neat experance. Lisa picked up me and the kids around 6:30a.m and we got into line to go through security around 7:15. The kids did real well standing for all told around 31/2 hrs. well Bethany had to be held and cried for awhile tell she fell asleep after a cat nap she woke up all happy. I think they said around 10,000 people there. They had chater buses to take you to and from your cars around differant spots in Defiance.
